Rental Applications
Rental applications are processed through DoorLoop, our property management software provider. By submitting a rental application, you agree to DoorLoop’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of any property. We reserve the right to accept or deny applications in accordance with our screening criteria and applicable fair housing laws. Application fees, if any, are non-refundable except as required by law.
Fair Housing
Feather Property Management is committed to complying with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.
Intellectual Property
